2. Conclusion of Contract
The rental agreement is concluded through a booking confirmation from the Landlord.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made in accordance with the conditions specified on Airbnb or Booking.com or as individually agreed with the Landlord.
4. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policies correspond to the conditions specified on Airbnb or Booking.com or can be agreed directly with the Landlord.
5. Use of the Apartment
The Tenant agrees to:
- Use the apartment only for the agreed purpose,
- Comply with the house rules,
- Not accommodate unauthorized guests.
6. Liability
The Tenant is liable for damages caused by them or their fellow travelers. The Landlord is only liable for gross negligence and intent.

8. Final Provisions
